For those schools that currently have international students who are looking for a solution to the often problematic home stay, American International Student centers provides a service called Dorms on Demand. AISC will house your students in a small dorm like residential setting. We will care for and supervise your students.
The Model:
With as few as 8, same sex students, AISC will provide housing for students. AISC acqures residences close by to schools and operates them as a small dormitory. This provides the schools with a solution to the challenges of placing students in long term home stay and provides the students with a setting where they can live with their classmates, enjoy meals together and weekend activities. English is spoken in our residential houses.
Staffing:
AISC provides 24 hour adult supervision in our residential houses. Meals are prepared, study hours and curfew’s are enforced. Students are expected to abide by house and school rules. Weekend activites are planned. Some of our residential houses offer tutoring and English language support in the evenings and on the weekends.
Transportation:
Transportation to and from school is provided by AISC residential staff.
